Khristina M. Wright brings more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise learning, leadership development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness for Fortune 500 financial institutions and credit unions. Her career includes leadership roles at Chase Bank, Fifth Third Bank, and Georgia’s Own Credit Union, where she served as Director of Enterprise Learning.
Throughout her career, Khristina has led teams of 25+ learning professionals, managed budgets exceeding $2 million, and delivered workforce solutions supporting more than 1,000 employees across multiple business units. She founded HEM Learning, LLC to help organizations build stronger leaders, elevate workforce performance, and implement scalable learning strategies that deliver measurable, bottom-line results.
